We want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unworn and in its original condition

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

• Manufacturing Faulty Item

Please note:

• Custom or engraved items are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• We do not offer returns on permanent jewellery services
